Where can I park my car?

There are various car parks in the neighbourhood. The closest car park is Parking San Zeno, Piazza Corrubbio – 37123 Verona.

In which language are tours held?

We guarantee tours in italian and english. With advanced booking and according to availability we can provide tours in spanish, german, portuguese and french.

Do partecipants have time for a break and to take pictures?

The riding speed of the tour is slow and adjustable. There is time to enjoy the views that the tour offers. There's also time to take pictures. Our tour will be pleasant and funny. We usually stop for a coffee break but are ready to accomodate clients' needs.

Are groups big?

Groups are normally really small and they can be composed by 12 people at most and for this reason the tour is really relaxing and enjoyable.

Is wearing a helmet compulsory?

In Italy wearing a bike helmet is not compulsory, but we highly reccomend wearing it.

I have never tried an e-bike. Is it hard to use it?

No, it is not. Ebikes are very handy and easy to use.

How are bikes? Which sizes do you have?

We provide excellent quality bikes. We constantly check bikes to ensure they work perfectly. Our bikes are cyclotourism bikes (no racing bikes - no mountain bikes). We have any size you need: for people of 150 cm to 200 cm height.

I am not able to cycle, can I still participate in a bike tour?

We have a special cargo bike, led by our guide, that can carry an adult sitting on a comfortable seat. The bike can also carry a wheelchair, so even people with disabilities can enjoy a bike ride in Verona.

I already have a bike, may I use it and get a discount?

If you have a proper bicycle you can bring it, but at the moment we don't make any discount.

What if my bike breaks or if I have a flat tyre?

It is very unlikely to have a flat tyre since we have run flat tyres. In the case you have a flat tyre or your bikes breaks, don't worry! Our staff will sort things out.

Is it possible to do a self guided tour?

Yes, it is. People who wish to do a tour without tour leader need to make sure they know how to use a GPS or any smart phone app where to load the tracks we will provide. To check prices please email to booking@sibikeverona.it

What happens if it rains?

With light rain the tour is confirmed and we'll do it wearing waterproof jackets/clothes. In case of heavy rain we will have a walking tour with an umbrella. If a bus transfer is scheduled within the tour the final destination can be reached by bus. In no case the fee can be refunded becuse the tour leader was on duty.

What kind of clothes do we have to wear?

Wear confortable clothes. For a 3 hour tour no technical clothing is necessary. To face a longer tour you may need to choose your apparel more carefully depending on the season as well. We suggest to carry a change of clothes with you, a waterproof jacket and sandals, especially if you take part in the rafting tour.

Where can I put my jacket/sweater and my bag while pedalling?

Every bike is provided with a rear bag where you can place your personal belongings and anything you need to carry with you. Bring your camera and little money for a coffee or a glass of wine. If you are carrying more that you need you can safely leave it at our shop and take it back when we return. We give a small bottle of water to each partecipant for free.

Do you run on safe roads?

Verona doesn't have many cycling lanes but it is a small town and the center is a limited traffic area. We do as much as possible to run on safe cycling lanes and low traffic roads. Caution is although needed throughout.

Are participants ensured?

Sibike Verona's insurance covers incidents caused by a bad functioning of the bike. A medical insurance can be activated upon request.

How do I pay?

You can pay by credit card when booking. You can also show up last minute at our meeting point La Bicicletteria, situated in Regaste S. Zeno 1. In this case you can pay cash.

It is always better to book online but you can also call or whatsapp +39 328 028 0174 and check availability.

Is it possible to have a tour on a different day and/or at a different time?

Yes, it is. We organize private and customized tours for groups of at least 4/6 people, depending on the tour. We can try to accomodate all of your needs, due to organizational reasons please email us in advance to booking@sibikeverona.it to check availability.

There's two of us, is it possible to have a private tour?

Of course it is possible and in the booking format has already provided the price for the private tour.

Do you offer special deals for groups?

If you are a large group, more than 10 people, please do not hesitate to contact us directly emailing to booking@sibikeverona.it. We will make a special price.

We're a family, is it possible to join a tour? Do you have small bikes? Do you have baby seats?

We would be really happy to have children in our tours! We have a special bike, a cargo bike led by our guide that can carry up to 4 children. We created a tailored tour for this bike. It's also possible to have kids' bikes and baby seats.

Is it possible to cancel my booking?

If you wish to postpone your tour it is possible if you inform us at least 2 days in advance. If you wish to cancel your booking you will get 70% of the amout paid back, if you cancel within 72h before the tour date.
